A year ago I posted about ancient Roman ruins being discovered with Google Earth. I decided to check it out at Wikimapia and found that no one has marked the ruins yet! Not even in italian! Since this is the one year anniversary (well it just passed) of the discovery, I thought I would point this out as a cool place to check out. Check this interesting place, it was the first south american city built by the spanish in 1500. Was Nueva Cadiz or New Cadiz in Cubagua Island, Venezuela, and it was destroyed by a Tsunami later but still you can see the ruins!!!. This is the link:
